The thing is...they expect 700k sales only in the US...will people stay after the free month?

I certainly will ...at least for the next 5months :p

With 700k in just 1 day in North America alone - this may just topple WOW of its long standing throne ...

Only time will tell, the market has been crying out for a new MMO, IMHO for a while now, with EQ2 dieing a slow and painful death, even though I do not know about the WOW community, I have read that this too has become a little stale after so many years, maybe this will be the breath of new life into the MMO gamers life.

Pre-order sell out is an awesome undertaking, they have taken there time with launch and apart from some odd hiccups, it has overall been successful, I have not crashed continually, I have not felt starved of information when the servers are offline and all of this will stand the game in very good stead indeed particulalrly for those coming from SOE Accounts - even after 3 years, patch days where a nonsense, with server instability.

The game Rocks and I think that this is the primary feeling for most of our server and many others too. I know its early days but folks will stay. Smile
